Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive HR fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with excellent communication skills, eager to grow in recruitment and administrative functions, while assisting the HR Manager as required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, attendance, and compliance.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and office culture initiatives.
  • Learn and adapt to new HR tools, processes, and policies quickly.
Qualifications
  • MBA in HR Or Similar Degree (Freshers welcome).
  • Strong interest in recruitment and administration.
  • Willingness to work from Ahmedabad office.
Skills Required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Quick learner with enthusiasm to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
