Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant
Description

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions to improve our clients’ sales processes and integrate it with external system with help of technical consultants on team. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide strategic advice, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that drive value and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Consulting & Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business needs, sales processes, and challenges.
  • Design Dynamics 365 Sales solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Provide expert recommendations for improving sales productivity, reporting, and customer engagement.
  • Implementation & Customization:
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales modules to meet client needs.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 Sales with other applications such as Power BI, Power Automate, or Office 365.
  • Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
  • Training & Support:
  • Provide user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption of Dynamics 365.
  • Offer ongoing support to address issues, system upgrades, and optimization.
  • Develop training materials and user documentation.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead or assist in Dynamics 365 Sales implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of project tasks.
  • Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting:
  • Perform system testing and troubleshoot any issues during the implementation phase.
  • Provide support in bug fixing, system updates, and enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for automating sales processes and improving overall efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales dashboards and reports for better decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or other CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and CRM best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an asset.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is preferred.
