Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
Responsibilities
  • Consultation & Needs Analysis:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their CRM needs and business goals.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement using Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing CRM performance and driving customer engagement.
  • Solution Design & Implementation:
  • Design customized Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on client requirements.
  • Configure, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration with other systems (ERP, Power Platform, etc.).
  • Data Migration & Integration:
  • Assist with data migration from legacy CRM systems into Dynamics 365.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party applications, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Customization & Configuration:
  • Customize CRM workflows, forms, views, and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Set up and configure user roles, security settings, and access permissions.
  • Use Power Automate, Power BI, and other tools to enhance CRM capabilities.
  • Training & Support:
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to train end-users on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to resolve technical issues, implement updates, and ensure system optimization.
  • Prepare user guides and documentation for client use.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting:
  • Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful CRM implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during and after implementation.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead or assist in CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure CRM solutions meet client expectations, deadlines, and budget requirements.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Process Optimization & Reporting:
  • Identify opportunities to optimize business processes using CRM automation.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards for business insights and decision-making.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience with customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and their integration with CRM.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with Sage X3 is an added advantage.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is highly preferred.
